Fatcamel.ai ("Fatcamel", "we", "us" or "our") is operated by Fatcamel LLC, located at 211 Challenger Road, North Raleigh. We help home-service businesses grow with AI automation, CRM clean-up, lead reactivation, speed-to-lead systems, cold email campaigns and internal process automation.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit fatcamel.ai, fill out one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), book a call, or use our services. By using our website or submitting your information, you agree to this policy.

Information you give us

• Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name
• Business details, such as your industry, location, monthly lead volume, the CRM or software you use, and answers to questions on our forms
• Information you share during calls, emails, audits or onboarding
• Billing details, if you become a client (payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers)

• Pages visited, time on site, links clicked and referring website

• Lead form submissions from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead ads

Lead ads. When you submit a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta sends us the information you entered. We use it only to contact you about the offer you responded to and the services described in this policy. Meta's own use of your data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.

AI tools. We use artificial intelligence and automation tools to help respond to enquiries, qualify leads, write and send follow-up messages, and automate tasks such as contracts, invoicing and scheduling. These tools process your information on our behalf and only for the purposes in this policy. We do not allow our AI providers to use your information to train their public models where we can control that setting.

Service providers. We use trusted third parties to run our business, such as CRM platforms, email and SMS tools, scheduling and calendar tools, e-signature tools, invoicing and payment processors, website hosting and analytics providers. They may access your information only to perform services for us and must protect it.

We share personal information only:

• To protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can stop text messages by replying STOP. You can also ask us not to call you by emailing privacy@fatcamel.ai.

We may still send you non-marketing messages about services you have requested. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than where you live, including India and the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect information transferred across borders.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will give you more notice, such as an email or a notice on our website.
